Fabrication
The methods used are traditional and no artificial colouring or chemical preservative are used.
The aperitif is made from Litchis macerated in wine from muscat from Alexandrie and white grenache from Roussillon with Bourbon vanilla pods, green tea leaves and fresh ginger roots.
